The partnership between the two institutions, represented by Emil Constantinescu, President of the Scientific Council of the IASLCC and doctor Sorin Ailincăi, manager of the ”Gavrilă Simion” Eco-Museum -related Research Institute is intended to further the cooperation on common fields of fundamental and applied research, such as: history, archaeology, etnography, biology and heritage preservation. First and foremost, the cooperation between the two institutions is directed toward the project entitled ”Dobrogea, Witness of the Millenial Civilizations of the Levant”, coordinated by Professor Dan Grigorescu, PhD, Scientific Director of the IASLCC. The project was launched in June this year, in a conference held at the ” Ovidius” University of Constanța.
